Employed Carer Discount

When booking we offer free 1:1 admission to Employed Carers when accompanying their client.

To confirm eligibility please provide photo ID and proof of employment, which may include Staff ID, or a headed letter from your employer with your name on. Clients may also be required to produce proof of disability (Blue Badge, DLA, or PIP).

Group Booking Discount

We offer the following discounts for larger groups:

• 12-19 people - 50p off per person

• 20+ people - £1 off per person

Group size is based on the number of payable visitors

For School, Nursery, Scouting and Guiding groups etc. we offer free admission for staff/leaders on the below ratio per paying child:

• 2 - 3 years - one adult to four children

• 4 - 8 years - one adult to six children

• 9 - 12 years - one adult to eight children

• 13 - 16 years - one adult to ten children

We require a £30 non-refundable deposit for group bookings of 12 or more people, with the remaining balance paid in a single transaction.  Teachers or group leaders who need to visit to conduct an assessment before the booking can do so once the deposit has been received.  Alternatively, payment of normal admission can be made on the day of the assessment which will then be deducted from any deposit/balance.
